We privately identify high-value, off-market assets that meet our criteria and verify ownership, structure, and suitability before engagement.
Discreet Direct Outreach
Owners are approached individually through personalised, confidential outreach — never via public channels.
Engagement & Assessment
If an owner indicates interest, we explore their objectives, review the asset position, and determine alignment. Declined approaches are closed discreetly.
Secure Terms & Exclusivity
We negotiate headline terms, refine structure, and agree exclusivity to ensure clarity for all parties.
Introductions & Completion
We introduce the opportunity to a curated selection of qualified buyers. Once a buyer wishes to proceed, terms are agreed directly with the owner. Our role concludes at this stage, and success fees are payable to Aureum Capital Group upon the agreed trigger point, typically at Heads of Terms or signed introduction agreements. Legal completion is handled independently between the parties.
